He is basically saying that everyone should reflect over their life and start with the most basic thing.Which is changing you self,your way of thinking,having a positive outlook on things to have a better world.He doesn’t want humanity to blame everything on the government.We are the one who should start making change.Not one person can do it.In unity and diversity comes strength,power and above all faith to make it a better place for u and me.God bless him.I love him and i miss him so much.

Man in The Mirror is about Michael questioning himself. He says in the song that he’s been a victim of a selfish kind of love. And he goes on about how he’s going to change himself and change the world. It’s a really touching song <3
